What is the minimum age to hire a caravan?
25 years of age.
Do we have to pay a bond?
Yes, $1000 is payable prior to pickup and will be refunded back to you within 5-7 working days after the caravan has been inspected.
Insurance?
The caravan is fully insured and comes with road side assist. Excess is $1500 & $5000 for theft.
Does my vehicle require electric brakes?
All trailers over 750kg GVM must have electric brakes fitted in the tow vehicle. For an additional $50, we can supply this for you.
Towing Mirrors?
Will be supplied to you on pickup.
Can I take a caravan off road?
Our caravans are to be driven on bitumen roads and well made dirt roads. NO 4WD tracks.
Can you deliver the caravan for us?
Yes, we offer this service. Delivery, setup and pack up. Please email us for a quote.
What happens on the day of pickup?
Please allow 45 mins at collection for us to go through the setup etc.
What time is collection and drop off?
Pickup by appointment and returns by 6pm.
